Vizzualforms.com - Create Forms Online
Vizzualforms is a web-based service that will let you create forms, publish them online and see the results as they are filled out by internauts. A service like this can cater for many different purposes: registration forms for an event, marketing surveys, and forms for consumer feedback.
This system is implemented as follows. First of all, you must create the form and add all the questions that you wish people to ponder upon and answer. Once the form has been constructed, all you have to do is publish it on the Web and invite others to fill it out. In principle, the form is hosted by the company but you can publish it on your website. As people fill it out, you are constantly updated on who filled what and the overall results so far.
The company offers different plans that cater for different users, and the fees that apply are described on the site. Besides, pricing itself depends on how many forms are submitted per month. There is also a free service plan available.

As it is the case with blogs, the different categories can be accessed using a navigation menu that groups them together, whereas past archives can be consulted month by month.

DailyChallenge.org - Walking On Sunshine
Daily Challenge is a network of do gooders who want to make the world a better place. As the team behind the project states, the aim of this network is to combine the best of social media with a desire for social consciousness, using the latest advances in technology.
Those who sign up propose “daily challenges” which are spotlighted in the “Community” section. These go along the lines of “Leave the change from your coffee purchase in the donations box” and “Look for a strength or virtue about a friend, family member or co-worker that you didn’t notice before. Share it with them”. Whenever one challenge is posted, other members of the community can “accept it today” or add it to the “will do” category.
As it is often the case with community sites, the most recent members are spotlighted on the main page, and in this particular case the most recent challengers are equally showcased.
There is an XTC song that goes “Cold-hearted or warm, every single person born, needs the loving”. I was reminded of it while browsing through Daily Challenge, and I realized that if you want to add a drop of lovingkindness to the world, this site is exactly what you need. It doesn’t matter if it is just a tiny drop – sometimes, a little is more than enough.
In their own words
“Daily Challenge is a social network, but more importantly, it is an answer to something missing in the world. DailyChallenge.org suggests acts or ‘challenges’ that members can take into the real world to positively impact themselves and their communities.”
